Network Administrator
Miniclip.com is looking for an experienced Network Administrator to hire in our Fort Lauderdale data centre. This is a full-time, permanent position; please apply only if you can work in Fort Lauderdale.
Duties
The network administrator will be able to troubleshoot complex network issues both locally and at remote locations. This person will be able to communicate with the System Administrator and Database Administrator to resolve performance and other networking issues in a large Centos Linux and Windows environment. The candidate needs to have the ability to quickly analyse an issue and provide a solution or contact a senior level engineer.

Support Representative
Miniclip.com are looking for an experienced Support Representative to hire in our Fort Lauderdale data centre. This is a full-time, permanent position; please apply only if you can work in Fort Lauderdale.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Billing and membership related email support
- Moderating community products
- Help building and maintain Customer Service tools
- Liaising between the Customer Service director and the Technical Team
- Beta test for Web and Game Development teams
- Community management, website and game testing
- Assisting the technical team in website monitoring, the testing of technical support assets and other key tasks
