What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Administration and support of Dev Ops ticketing system.
  • Provide 1st line user support on system queries and config updates.
  • Gather and document finance requirements for changes, enhancements, reports.
  • Assist with the creation and admin of the Sprint planning.
  •  Liaising with 3rd party managed service to ensure the smooth running of escalated tickets.
  • Assisting with the upgrades of D365, updating project plans and provide UAT support.
  • Provide and update monitoring of the system access and controls.
  • Support with Audit compliance and providing data to audit as required.
  • Maintain system process documents and relevant updates.
  • Maintain and update User test scripts.
  • Support on any new entity implementations
  • Demonstrate in day-to-day work adherence to security best practices and Technology Services access control and security policies

What are we looking for?

You will have a good finance background and experience of working with D365 F&O on a functional level. You will be able to  map financial processes end to end.

Required Experience

  • Experience on D365 F&O system modules
  • Experience managing Dev Ops tickets, with query reporting.
  • Good understanding of Finance and financial processes.
  • Experience in writing detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Experience providing 1st line support to finance users and finance configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and document processes and test scripts.
  • Experience in executing and reporting on UAT.
