Advertising Monetisation Executive

This is an entry-level or second-job position for someone with a proven interest in digital/mobile advertising monetisation and project management. You will be providing support to our Programmatic Specialist and taking on projects in the team that allow you to learn the multiple aspects of what mobile advertising monetisation is all about. We expect you to learn how to improve the overall monetisation KPIs of the games and projects you are assigned.

 

We’re looking for someone that feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while taking on multiple projects and adapting to the changing needs of our games, players and business opportunities as they arise.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:


 

  • Work together with the Game Design and Product teams to identify and design gameplay experiences that improve overall monetisation.
  • Understand and learn the technological requirements needed to optimize advertising monetisation in-game and work with other relevant teams to ensure they are effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence teams to drive in-depth data analysis and research that will inform better monetisation decisions across different games in the team.
  • Extensively analysing the huge amount of data available in order to identify trends that can help extract more yield with ad monetisation.
  • Support all operational aspects of Advertising monetisation - from setting up the required apps, line items and price floors as well as ongoing yield optimisations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Advertising, Marketing or similar.
  • Eager to suggest new ideas and take the lead on projects.
  • Task delivery and detail-oriented with very good organisation skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the Mobile Games industry.
  • Confident individual with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive and takes initiative to suggest new ideas, take the lead on new projects and explore new opportunities.
  • Agile learner: there will be opportunities to learn a lot with this role. Desire and passion for learning is essential.
  • Exceptional team player

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Experience in Project Management and/or Digital Marketing/Advertising and/or Digital Media buying/selling.
  • Understanding of the Advertising Mobile Market.
  • Familiarity with Advertising Technology.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence or other project tracking tools
